With her unrelenting work ethic, integrity, transparency, and thorough knowledge of Charlotte's marketplace, Stacy has built a reputation as an in-demand real estate agent. Enthusiastic about leading-edge technology, she utilizes social media, traditional marketing, and websites to showcase her properties. Her clientele runs the gamut from seasoned investors to first-time homebuyers.
Stacy currently lives in Marvin with her adorable Australian Shepherd and two cats.
ABOUT JIMMY
Having lived his whole life in Gaston County, Jimmy has a unique understanding of the local history of the Charlotte metro area that sets him apart in the industry.
He has worked with buyers and sellers in all facets of real estate with consistent and proven results. Initially, he was drawn to real estate to invest his time and money into something that gives a good return on investment.
While flipping a few properties, he learned strategies for choosing a location, a price point, and specific renovations that would yield the greatest return.
As a part of The Black Label Group, he has expanded his knowledge and is now an expert in real estate investing. He has helped his clients acquire land and build spec homes, buy and sell fixes and flips, and build a rental portfolio of single and multifamily properties.
When he's not working, you'll find Jimmy enjoying the Gaston County lifestyle with his family.
ABOUT WHITNEY
Whitney has worked with the Black Label Group for over three years and has significantly impacted the team. This was her first exposure to real estate, and she is now a Certified Estate Professional Assistant.
She is experienced in various roles within the real estate industry, including land acquisition and new construction, administrative support, transaction coordination, and Operation Management.
She learned very quickly how things work behind the scenes. Whitney loves the variety and flexibility while assisting the team to succeed with their goals and business.
She understands no two contracts are the same and things can change at any moment, so she performs at the highest levels to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
When she's not immersed in real estate, you'll find Whitney spending time with her husband and their two furry companions, Edgar and Zelda, taking road trips and exploring all that Charlotte has to offer!
